Chicago, IL – Peck Ritchey, LLC is pleased to announce that associate Brandon Peck was elected to serve as the Public Service Manager of the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA).

As Public Service Manager, Brandon will oversee the Section’s various public service projects including, Pro Bono Week, Law Week, and the Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament, benefiting the CBA Foundation.

“It’s important to remain active and supportive of the good work the Young Lawyers Section of the CBA does for the community,” said Brandon E. Peck. “I look forward to working on the many events put on by the Young Lawyers Section of the CBA and help make them a continued success.”

Brandon E. Peck is an associate attorney with Peck Ritchey, LLC. He concentrates his practice on guardianship litigation and administration, trust litigation, probate litigation, fiduciary defense litigation, elder law, and estate administration, with an emphasis on contested trusts and estates. Brandon is a contributing author to the book Alzheimer’s and the Law. He was also named a 2014 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star, nominated by his peers as one of the best attorneys in Illinois.

I solicited Peck Ritchey, LLC for assistance with a living trust for which I became the beneficiary. I needed assistance with understanding the details of how it all worked. However, I was especially concerned because there were threats of allegations made by family members and a lawsuit was filed against me.
