Brittany Rygiel is an associate attorney at Peck Ritchey, LLC. In addition to representing individuals and families, Brittany represents financial institutions, medical institutions, and various fiduciaries.
Brittany graduated with her Juris Doctor from University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law where she was on the Dean’s List each of her three years. Brittany was involved in several organizations in law school, including the Trial Advocacy Program, the Justinian Society, Health Law Society, Polish American Law Student Association, and the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. During law school, Brittany was also a student attorney at the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law Fair Housing Legal Support Center & Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Brittany graduated on the Dean’s List with a Bachelor of Health Science in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri – Columbia with an emphasis area of Pre-Medicine.
Prior to joining Peck Ritchey, LLC, Brittany worked in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Mass Torts and practiced in numerous Federal Courts.
Brittany’s practice areas include Trust and Probate Litigation, Guardianship Litigation and Administration, Estate Administration, Will Contests, Fiduciary Defense Litigation, and Elder Law. She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Illinois Trial Lawyer Association and is licensed in the State of Illinois and several federal jurisdictions.
