How is estate accounting different from estate representation?

Estate accounting and estate representation both refer to parties managing aspects of an estate, but they are essentially different things. Estate accounting refers to the financial matters of the estate, and managing them according to legal precedents. Estate representation, on the other hand, involves a legal representative that has the interests of estate managers at heart, and represents their legal position in cases of lawsuits or similar problems.
