I think my parent was coerced by my sibling in writing his will, can I do anything?

Unfortunately, some people try to convince an ailing or aging parent to change their will at the last minute. Coercion often results in one person wrongfully receiving a large majority of an estate or inheritance. However, coercion is not a valid way to get an inheritance, and if you think your sibling has coerced your parent into changing their will, you might have a legal claim.
