Chicago, IL – Chicago Litigation Lawyer Kerry R. Peck appeared on WYCC PBS Chicago’s show Justice & Law Weekly on Sunday, March 30, 2014. Hosted by Timothy Eaton, Kerry Peck discussed his new book, Alzheimer’s and the Law, as well as Alzheimer’s disease planning.

“It’s important to understand the legal options that are available before and after a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease so that your clients or patients have the best options for their healthcare and financial plans,” said Peck Ritchey, LLC Managing Partner Kerry Peck. “I wrote Alzheimer’s and the Law to educate attorneys, families and professionals in the aging industry on the various legal tools available to help someone with a dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnosis.”
Peck concentrates his practice on trust and estate litigation, estate planning and administration, probate, guardianship, and elder law. He is the past president of the 22,000-lawyer Chicago Bar Association and is currently a member of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Law and Aging. Peck is chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section Council and is also a member of Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Illinois Chapter.
