Chicago, IL – Kerry R. Peck, managing partner of Peck Ritchey, LLC, was recently featured in an NBC News piece by Maria Shriver entitled “Life Ed: Protecting Wishes And Assets Of Alzheimer’s Patients.”
The piece looked at several of the most important points that Peck highlights in a new book that he co-authored, “Alzheimer’s and the Law,” which was published by the American Bar Association.
In the piece, Peck states, “All of us desire independence and the preservation of dignity. This goal requires prompt action when a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is rendered.” He then goes on to discuss five important considerations for those with Alzheimer’s.
