As the snow melts and the temperature steadily rises, the urge to clean house is eminent. As you stock up on cleaning products and make a to-do list, don’t forget to review your legal documents. Questions to add to your to-do list:

  • Do I know where all my legal paperwork is stored?
  • Do I know where my parents or elderly family members’ paperwork is stored?
  • Is my will up-to-date?
  • Have I updated the beneficiaries on my legal documents, insurance policies, etc?
  • Do my parents have a funeral plan in place, and if so what are the details?
