M. Cristina Puleo is an associate attorney at Peck Ritchey, LLC. In addition to representing individuals and families, Cristina represents financial institutions, medical institutions, and various fiduciaries.Cristina earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, graduating as an Academic Excellence Scholar. During law school, Cristina was President of the Women’s Caucus Organization, and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Cristina also received the CALI award for Intellectual Property. Prior to attending law school, Cristina earned a double Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and History from Eastern Illinois University.
Prior to joining Peck Ritchey, LLC, Cristina was an attorney for the Cook County Public Guardian in the Adult Guardianship Division.
Cristina’s practice areas include Trust and Probate Litigation, Guardianship Litigation and Administration, Estate Administration, Will Contests, Fiduciary Defense Litigation, and Elder Law. She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
