Thomas C. Wedgwood is an associate attorney at Peck Ritchey, LLC. In addition to representing individuals and families, Thomas represents financial institutions, medical institutions, and various fiduciaries.
Thomas graduated with his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he graduated cum laude and was named to the Dean’s List each of his three years. Thomas was involved in several organizations in law school, including the Law Review and C-K Law Group’s Federal Health Litigation Clinic. During law school, Thomas also worked as a judicial extern in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Prior to attending law school, Thomas received a Paralegal Certificate from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in English from University of Illinois at Chicago with a concentration in media, cultural, and rhetorical studies.
Thomas’ practice areas include Trust and Probate Litigation, Guardianship Litigation and Administration, Estate Administration, Will Contests, Fiduciary Defense Litigation, and Elder Law. He is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association and is licensed in the State of Illinois.
